Penny W. Bell, ACP
Manager and Licensed Title Agent
Penny is a native of Vermont and has been a real estate and estate planning paralegal in Brevard County since 1977. She has a B.A. from the University of Central Florida in Legal Studies and holds two national certifications - one as a Certified Paralegal (CP) and the other as an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP), specializing in Real Property Law. As a former President of both the Brevard Paralegal Association and the Paralegal Association of Florida, and as an active member of the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Beeliner's Chapter of Business Networking International, Penny has a vast network of county and statewide professional resources from which to draw. |

Cheryl, who was born in Hawaii into a military family, brings a 25-year, extensive title background to our team. As the prior owner and president of Colonial Title & Abstract, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, she is fully versed in all aspects of the title industry. In fact, her company was once named by Lawyers' Title Insurance Corporation's as its "Agent of the Year." Your closing is in good hands with Cheryl. |

She comes to Glow Title with over 20 years
closing experience - all of which has been
in Titusville, Florida. Desiree received the
President's Club Award from Fidelity
National Title. Desiree is best know for her
effervescent personality and freshly baked

Post-Closing Coordinator
Cindi is a native Floridian and has lived in Brevard County for nearly 40 years. She has worked in law firms for over 20 years as a receptionist, file clerk and legal secretary. Cindi's job starts when the closer is done with settlement. She makes sure everything gets recorded and everyone gets paid. Cindi takes great pride in her work and her sense of organization and efficiency make her perfect for her job. Did we mention that she's also very handy with a hammer? |

Misty, who was born in Texas, joined our team soon after she moved to Florida. Her background as an administrative assistant and customer service coordinator proved to be a great help with her position here - dealing with people and a myriad of pre-closing issues. Misty is the queen of multi-tasking, yet, her commitment to excellence never waivers. She takes tremendous pride in her work and is always looking for ways to perfect both herself and her work. Misty's lively personality and sense of humor are loved by all. |
